I’ve been an independent business owner for 26 years, and I’ve spent those years learning what actually makes a business sustainable — not just profitable.

I have an undergraduate background in psychology, I’m a mum, I’m neurodivergent, and I’m a wheelchair user. Which means I don’t teach “do more” strategies that assume unlimited capacity.

I teach a simpler way: clarity, systems, boundaries, and consistent action — designed around real life.

And yes… I’m also a bit of a tech lover and gamer girl. You’ll see avatars, the occasional Minecraft reference on my socials, and a few adorable mascots (Shadow included) baked into the learning — because business is serious, but learning doesn’t have to be miserable.
